Silent Daisy. Depth Of Field Photoshop Action

This action is for faking a shallow depth of field! Sometimes you just want the background to be blurred but the way to do is to to slowly build it up!  It will also put more focus on your subject.  This image was taken with a 50mm 1.4 at f/2.

Silent Daisy- Hummingbird Photoshop Action

Today I am sharing one of my actions with you! It's called Hummingbird. There's several layers you can tweak: Grain, Haze, Contrast and Darken. I love to use it on shots that are either bright or outdoorsy!

Install?
1)Drop the file in Photoshop or
2) Open up Photoshop. Go to Window> Actions. Click the button on the right of 'Actions' and choose Load Actions. Click on the file.

Vintage Photoshop Tutorial

Hello all! Today's tutorial will be showing you one take of "vintage".   You can adjust the layers and colors to fit your image.  I'm also linking up free downloads to the actions and curves used:  Here & here!

This effect works best on vibrant images, beach or images with blue. You can adjust your photo prior before running the action by brightening it up with curves/levels and increasing the vibrancy/saturation to make it pop more.
